Multiple Deficiencies.

This riser isn't unique.  We see these all of the time.  Many issues here.

Below, slightly painted fire sprinkler head.  It's a judgement call whether to replace or not, as the fusible element doesn't appear to be painted.  If in doubt, I replace.
