The panel pictured below was found on an assembly occupancy ordinary combustible structure in un-incorporated eastern Colorado. The fire pump (not pictured) was unlisted and was drafting from an un-tested local well. The system suffered from many problems, including lack of water and severe vibrations. The system was indeed approved by the local fire marshal. The local FM later rescinded the occupancy certificate. Determining whether hardware is listed or not is not included in the scope of a NFPA 25 inspection.
