Fire Alarm Country of Origin

Shown below is the back of a printed circuit board.  The board is used in unlisted non-FM approved VHF radio central station hardware.  The central station hardware pictured was found on a US military base in Kuwait.  The country of origin, or country of manufacturer has been obscured, or removed by unknown party or parties. This is the kind of thing you find in my world:
